Findings from Massive Health

Okay, I know I’ve posted about protein pancakes before, but this time instead of using the Manitoba Harvest Hemp Protein Powder, I used Tone It Up's new protein powder called Perfect Fit Protein. It made the pancakes more thick and fluffy as opposed to the other ones I made. I also added blueberries and lemon zest to the batter, and put a layer of almond butter with a light drizzle of agave nectar between the pancakes of my short stack - oh emm gee, it was so delicious!!
