High heels can be a pain in the feet

Often painstakingly selected to complete outfits, high heels put stress not just on feet, but on ankles, knees and backs, contributing to the approximately $3.5 billion spent annually in the United States for women’s foot surgeries, which cause them to lose 15 million work days yearly.

-Sleepy early (rest and repair)
-Hydrate (flush out those toxins)
-Eat a colorful diet (to minimize a lack of nutrients)
-Take a multi-vitamin (for what’s missing in your diet)
-Exercise (because endorphins are awesome)
-De-stress and laugh often (it’s probably not as big of a deal as you’re making it)
-Love your body (because it’s the only one you’ll ever have)
